This video shows how to install the retention tubing, and connect the cell. When everything is ready the PQ starts (not on video). Part of the maintenance procedure is finalizing with a Performance Qualification (PQ). This is done by analyzing standards with the HPLC system. When passed it confirms the system is in top condition. In case failed, something is wrong and needs fixing.
