This video shows how to perform a dummy cell test in Dialogue Elite software. Before starting, the flow cell is disconnected and a dummy cell is connected instead. The procedure is fully automated, at the start it loads a method file. When out of spec in the first minute, a noise monitor feature will pause and restart the measurement after 6 minutes. The noise monitor can be overruled by unchecking the checkbox in the graph.
