Detector oven is not heating

Summary

Oven is switched on, but is not heating.

Cause

Possible causes:

1. Open-door sensor is interrupted.
2. Electronic malfunction.

Diagnosis and Remedy

1. Open-door sensor is interrupted. In the detector door, or in the oven cabinet an opto-interrupter is located which shuts down the oven when the door is opened. You can check the sensor function in the service mode I/O input test, see service manual.
2. Electronic malfunction. It can be a problem on the oven heater unit itself or the wiring. In that case sending the instrument to Antec for service and repair is recommended.
