Antec’s amperometric flow cells and instruments are known for their long lifetime and high sensitivity. One of the ‘secrets’ to achieve such top condition is to do regular maintenance. Maintenance procedures are well described in the user manuals.

However, occasionally the self servicing of cells and instruments is not enough. In such case, it is good to know that it can be sent to Antec. A full servicing procedure is followed by QC testing and when passed a performance certificate is included. When requesting for service:

• Contact Antec to request for an RMA number
• Ship the parts according instructions
• Always include a decontamination form (from table below)
• Use a low commercial value for customs (it is not an import or export!)
• In case of unexpected costs, you will be contacted for approval
• Our goal is to take less than 10 working days (average is 3 – 5 days)
• A test certificate will be included
