Remote assisted services

Recently we introduced a few new Remote Assisted Services. It is now possible to install an instrument or perform a qualification without having an engineer on-site. Instead, steps are executed by the HPLC user under the guidance of our engineers through an on-line video connection. Each task is broken down in small steps, one step at the time. Our engineers are with you all the way. When done and all is ‘passed’, we will send you a signed paper copy of the Qualification document.

What we learned so far, is that the participating users highly appreciate the remote sessions. By doing the actual work, they are more involved and gain a deeper understanding of the instruments.
