Antec ECD driver for Empower
Summary
After first installation of the driver, the 3465 ECD does not show in the list of devices when creating a new system.
Remedy
One possible cause is a setting in “Region” in Windows. Under the “Administrative” tab, the “language for non-Unicode programs” should be “English”.
