Dialogue Elite shows error with red cross in graph

Summary

When plotting data, a red crossed out graph is shown. Data cannot be plotted, but graph can be exported to Excel. Acquisition is normally working, no other errors observed.

Cause

The ‘graph’ module is from a standard .NET library which has a maximum number that can be used. The acquired data has too big numbers.

Remedy

Switch the units from pA to nA or uA (or uV to mV).
