Summary

Data acquisition stops unexpectedly.

Cause

A HP computer is used with a HP Velocity Mode activated.

Diagnosis

There are many potential causes for data acquisition to stop unexpectedly. In trouble shooting those are systematically checked of. In case a LAN network issue is suspected, check if OEM software packages are running. Switch them all off if possible and see if the problem is solved.

Remedy

Switch of the HP Velocity Mode and see if this solves the problem. If so, leave it off.
