29 giugno 2004).<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;obiettivo di questa tesi \u00e8 stato quello di studiare la risposta e la variazione del riassorbimento dei nutrienti da parte delle foglie durante la senescenza ai fattori esterni (abiotici) della disponibilit\u00e0 di N e della<sub>CO2<\/sub>, e a quelli intrinseci (biotici) legati alla specificit\u00e0 della specie e alla forma di crescita.[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=&#8221;1_3&#8243; Reinhoud &#8211; 7 settembre 1995).<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;elettroforesi capillare (CE) \u00e8 caratterizzata da separazioni altamente efficienti in presenza di un campo elettrico elevato. La scarsa sensibilit\u00e0 di rilevamento \u00e8 il fattore che limita l&#8217;applicabilit\u00e0 della CE nei metodi analitici.
