L&#8217;atmosfera inerte nella bottiglia di solvente impedisce la diffusione dell&#8217;aria nella fase mobile e la mantiene priva di<sub>CO2<\/sub> e <sub>O2<\/sub>.<\/p>\n<p>Soprattutto nell&#8217;<a href=\"https:\/\/antecscientific.com\/it\/applicazioni\/cibo\/carboidrati\/\">analisi dei carboidrati<\/a> utilizzando la cromatografia a scambio anionico ad alte prestazioni (HPAEC) con eluenti fortemente alcalini, la<sub>CO2<\/sub> disciolta pu\u00f2 essere problematica. A pH &gt; 12, gli ioni <sup>CO32- <\/sup>possono formarsi nella fase mobile, causando variazioni nei tempi di ritenzione, diminuzione della selettivit\u00e0 della colonna e perdita di risoluzione. Mantenere la fase mobile priva di anidride carbonica \u00e8 uno dei fattori chiave per la riproducibilit\u00e0 delle analisi dei carboidrati.
