Durante una parte di questa &#8220;sequenza di impulsi&#8221;, il segnale viene campionato. L&#8217;altra parte della sequenza di passaggi \u00e8 costituita dalle fasi di pulizia ossidativa e riduttiva. Durante questa pulizia, l&#8217;elettrodo di lavoro in oro viene rigenerato. Il processo si ripete di solito ogni mezzo secondo. Ci\u00f2 garantisce condizioni di rilevamento stabili e riproducibili.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;uso di PAD \u00e8 davvero necessario, perch\u00e9 la rilevazione CE (ossidazione) dei carboidrati d\u00e0 luogo a prodotti di reazione che si attaccano alla superficie dell&#8217;elettrodo. Questo contamina l&#8217;elettrodo e causa una cattiva riproducibilit\u00e0. Quando si utilizza PAD con le fasi di pulizia, l&#8217;elettrodo rimane pulito e riproducibile.<\/p>\n<p>Un effetto collaterale della modalit\u00e0 a impulsi applicata \u00e8 che l&#8217;elettrodo d&#8217;oro si consuma lentamente nel processo. Dopo un uso prolungato (settimane, mesi) si pu\u00f2 notare che un po&#8217; di oro \u00e8 scomparso. Le celle di flusso Antec utilizzano un elettrodo in oro massiccio; in caso di necessit\u00e0, la superficie dell&#8217;elettrodo pu\u00f2 essere ripristinata utilizzando il nostro kit di lucidatura del metallo. Il tradizionale impulso di rilevamento a 3 fasi si usura maggiormente rispetto al pi\u00f9 recente impulso a 4 fasi. Una FlexCell con elettrodo di lavoro sostituibile pu\u00f2 essere utilizzata per entrambi.
