In <strong>modalit\u00e0 on-line<\/strong>, ROXY Exceed pu\u00f2 essere utilizzato in modalit\u00e0 di infusione diretta, per analisi a iniezione di flusso o con qualsiasi tipo di sistema LC-MS. Sono disponibili applicazioni e pubblicazioni per l&#8217;utilizzo del ROXY nella proteomica HDX-MS, top-down o bottom-up LC-MS. In <strong>modalit\u00e0 off-line<\/strong> il ROXY Exceed \u00e8 utilizzato principalmente per la sintesi elettrochimica e per la raccolta dei prodotti generati elettrochimicamente. Le frazioni raccolte vengono utilizzate per ulteriori analisi.<\/p>\n<p>Il potenziostato si basa su un&#8217;elettronica all&#8217;avanguardia. Ha un ampio intervallo di tensione e corrente, rispettivamente \u00b1 4,9 V e 1 nA &#8211; 100 mA. Supporta diverse modalit\u00e0 di funzionamento, DC, Scan e Pulse, per ottenere i massimi rendimenti nelle applicazioni pi\u00f9 complesse.
