L’AS6.1L \u00e8 un autocampionatore di nuova generazione. Si tratta di un autocampionatore veloce, robusto e facile da usare, senza compromettere l’accuratezza e la riproducibilit\u00e0. L’AS6.1L include caratteristiche indispensabili per ottenere le massime prestazioni di iniezione. Dispone di un doppio ago con pressione positiva dello spazio di testa, di ampie routine di lavaggio per ridurre al minimo il carry over e di 3 modalit\u00e0 di iniezione, tra cui la modalit\u00e0 pick-up \u00b5L per azzerare la perdita di campione. Inoltre, la versione micro dell\u2019AS dispone di modalit\u00e0 di iniezione programmabili chiamate “programmi definiti dall’utente”.<\/p>\n
L’AS6.1L pu\u00f2 gestire volumi di campione fino a 1 \u00b5L in modo accurato e riproducibile. Il vassoio portacampioni offre un controllo della temperatura fino a 4\u00b0C. I rapidi movimenti dell’ago consentono di raggiungere velocit\u00e0 eccezionali, inferiori a 30 secondi per un ciclo completo. Queste caratteristiche rendono l’AS6.1L perfetto per le analisi di routine ad alta produttivit\u00e0.
