En particulier, le tube digestif inf\u00e9rieur ou c\u00f4lon abrite des milliards de bact\u00e9ries diverses. Les GOS ou TGOS (Trans-Galacto-Oligo-Saccharides) sont des fibres pr\u00e9biotiques qui sont des nutriments pour nos bact\u00e9ries intestinales, ils sont souvent ajout\u00e9s aux produits di\u00e9t\u00e9tiques.<\/p>\n<p>La d\u00e9termination de la teneur totale en GOS dans les aliments et les compl\u00e9ments alimentaires est essentielle pour r\u00e9pondre aux exigences d&rsquo;\u00e9tiquetage et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des aliments. C&rsquo;est dans ce but que la m\u00e9thode AOAC 2001.02 a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e il y a de nombreuses ann\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #db0135;\">M\u00e9thode am\u00e9lior\u00e9e<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Nous avons d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 une m\u00e9thode am\u00e9lior\u00e9e pour l&rsquo;analyse des GOS dans les produits alimentaires en utilisant l&rsquo;analyseur de glucides ALEXYS.
