L&rsquo;atmosph\u00e8re inerte dans le flacon de solvant emp\u00eache la diffusion de l&rsquo;air dans la phase mobile et la maintient exempte de CO<sub>2<\/sub> et d&rsquo;O<sub>2<\/sub>.<\/p>\n<p>Le CO<sub>2<\/sub> dissous peut poser probl\u00e8me, notamment dans l&rsquo;<a href=\"https:\/\/antecscientific.com\/fr\/applications\/alimentation\/glucides\/\">analyse des glucides<\/a> par chromatographie d&rsquo;\u00e9change d&rsquo;anions \u00e0 haute performance (HPAEC) avec des \u00e9luants fortement alcalins. Au pH &gt; 12, des ions CO<sub>3<\/sub><sup>2-<\/sup> peuvent se former dans la phase mobile, entra\u00eenant des variations dans les temps de r\u00e9tention, une diminution de la s\u00e9lectivit\u00e9 de la colonne et une perte de r\u00e9solution. Maintenir la phase mobile exempte de dioxyde de carbone est l&rsquo;un des facteurs cl\u00e9s pour des analyses reproductibles des glucides.
