L&rsquo;\u00e9pin\u00e9phrine est ajout\u00e9e pour son effet vasoconstricteur, elle resserre les vaisseaux sanguins et maintient le m\u00e9dicament anesth\u00e9sique l\u00e0 o\u00f9 il est le plus n\u00e9cessaire.<\/p>\n<p>La monographie de la pharmacop\u00e9e am\u00e9ricaine pour les injections de chlorhydrate d&rsquo;artica\u00efne et d&rsquo;\u00e9pin\u00e9phrine d\u00e9crit une m\u00e9thode d&rsquo;analyse de la teneur en \u00e9pin\u00e9phrine et d&rsquo;analyse des impuret\u00e9s organiques.
