En mars 2015, le Centre international de recherche sur le cancer (CIRC) de l&rsquo;Organisation mondiale de la sant\u00e9 a class\u00e9 le glyphosate comme \u00ab\u00a0probablement canc\u00e9rog\u00e8ne pour l&rsquo;homme\u00a0\u00bb. Depuis la publication de ce rapport, l&rsquo;utilisation du glyphosate fait l&rsquo;objet d&rsquo;un d\u00e9bat dans le monde entier.<\/p>\n<p>Dans cette note d&rsquo;application, une m\u00e9thode d&rsquo;analyse facile et sensible est pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e pour l&rsquo;analyse du glyphosate et de l&rsquo;AMPA dans l&rsquo;eau potable, en utilisant le d\u00e9tecteur \u00e9lectrochimique DECADE Elite et SenCell. La m\u00e9thode est bas\u00e9e sur la s\u00e9paration par chromatographie d&rsquo;\u00e9change d&rsquo;anions haute performance (HPAE) suivie d&rsquo;une d\u00e9tection amp\u00e9rom\u00e9trique puls\u00e9e (HPAE-PAD) sur une \u00e9lectrode de travail en or.
