Le m\u00e9canisme de r\u00e9action est bas\u00e9 sur les r\u00e9actions de peroxydation induites par les radicaux. Les diamants dop\u00e9s au bore sont particuli\u00e8rement utiles pour g\u00e9n\u00e9rer des radicaux hydroxyle, \u00e9galement connus comme les esp\u00e8ces d&rsquo;oxyg\u00e8ne les plus r\u00e9actives (ROS). Dans une installation EC\/MS \u00e0 flux continu en ligne, cela permet l&rsquo;oxydation contr\u00f4l\u00e9e des acides gras et du cholest\u00e9rol, suivie d&rsquo;une analyse imm\u00e9diate des produits dans MS.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;applicabilit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;\u00e9lectrochimie et de la SM en ligne et hors ligne est vaste, allant de l&rsquo;\u00e9tude de l&rsquo;oxydation des aliments aux implications de l&rsquo;oxydation des lipides sur la sant\u00e9 humaine (stress oxydatif). En outre, l&rsquo;EC\/MS permet d&rsquo;\u00e9tudier les r\u00e9actions secondaires telles que l&rsquo;effet des antioxydants sur les produits alimentaires ou les liaisons transversales avec les non-lipides comme les prot\u00e9ines ou l&rsquo;ADN.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=\u00a0\u00bb1_3&Prime; En raison de la demande de performance des v\u00e9hicules et de la r\u00e9duction des \u00e9missions, de nouveaux injecteurs de carburant plus efficaces ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s. Les injecteurs de carburant dot\u00e9s de plusieurs trous plus petits fonctionnent mieux qu&rsquo;un seul gros trou. Cependant, ces nouveaux types d&rsquo;injecteurs ont plus de chances d&rsquo;\u00eatre obstru\u00e9s par les contaminants du carburant et les d\u00e9p\u00f4ts de cok\u00e9faction. C&rsquo;est notamment le cas des biocarburants.<\/p>\n<p>Les esters m\u00e9thyliques d&rsquo;acides gras (FAME) sont les principaux constituants du biodiesel. Lors d&rsquo;un stockage prolong\u00e9, ils peuvent facilement subir une oxydation. Les produits d&rsquo;oxydation tels que les peroxydes, les peroxydes d&rsquo;hydrog\u00e8ne et les polym\u00e8res peuvent entra\u00eener des d\u00e9p\u00f4ts et la cok\u00e9faction dans les v\u00e9hicules.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;oxydation \u00e9lectrochimique (EC) a \u00e9t\u00e9 appliqu\u00e9e comme syst\u00e8me de substitution pour surveiller l&rsquo;oxydation des FAME.
