L&rsquo;\u00e9lectrochimie devient ainsi un outil v\u00e9ritablement biomim\u00e9tique pour les r\u00e9actions REDOX enzymatiques.<\/p>\n<p>Des \u00e9conomies importantes de temps et d&rsquo;argent sont possibles par rapport aux jours ou aux semaines d&rsquo;utilisation des m\u00e9thodes traditionnelles <em>in vitro<\/em> (par exemple, les microsomes) et\/ou <em>in vivo<\/em> (par exemple, les rongeurs, l&rsquo;homme, etc.). Il n&rsquo;est pas n\u00e9cessaire d&rsquo;isoler les matrices biologiques (par exemple, l&rsquo;urine, le plasma) et il n&rsquo;y a plus de risque d&rsquo;adsorption ou de liaison aux cellules ou \u00e0 d&rsquo;autres constituants biologiques. En ajoutant du glutathion apr\u00e8s la cellule \u00e9lectrochimique, la formation d&rsquo;adduits (r\u00e9action de phase II) peut \u00eatre simul\u00e9e et d\u00e9tect\u00e9e en ligne par SM.
