La r\u00e9duction des liaisons disulfure intra- et intermol\u00e9culaires est une \u00e9tape petite mais cruciale du processus d&rsquo;\u00e9lucidation de la structure et d&rsquo;attribution des sites de liaison par SM. La m\u00e9thode est bas\u00e9e sur un potentiel \u00e9lectrique pour d\u00e9clencher la r\u00e9action de r\u00e9duction, aucun produit chimique r\u00e9ducteur n&rsquo;est utilis\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Traditionnellement, la r\u00e9duction est effectu\u00e9e \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide de produits chimiques concentr\u00e9s, par exemple <em>le<\/em> dithiothreitol (DTT) qui doit \u00eatre \u00e9limin\u00e9 avant l&rsquo;analyse LC\/MS.
