Un microdivisor de flujo de preinyecci\u00f3n preciso se conecta a una v\u00e1lvula de inyecci\u00f3n de doble bucle y se analiza en dos sistemas LC paralelos. Ambos sistemas HPLC est\u00e1n optimizados para diferentes neurotransmisores en distintas condiciones LC\/EC, lo que da lugar a los mejores l\u00edmites de detecci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>El sistema <strong>de resoluci\u00f3n temporal<\/strong> (TR) tiene una v\u00e1lvula de 14 puertos y una configuraci\u00f3n UHPLC de triple canal. En lugar de 1 bucle de inyecci\u00f3n \u00abnormal\u00bb, la v\u00e1lvula dispone de 3 peque\u00f1os bucles de inyecci\u00f3n en serie para analizar 3 fracciones simult\u00e1neamente. Cuanto m\u00e1s peque\u00f1os sean estos bucles de inyecci\u00f3n, mejor ser\u00e1 la resoluci\u00f3n temporal.<\/p>\n<p>El sistema de <strong>alto rendimiento<\/strong> (HT) utiliza 3 v\u00e1lvulas de seis puertos y est\u00e1 configurado para analizar simult\u00e1neamente 3 estaciones de microdi\u00e1lisis.
