El montaje sin herramientas y el volumen de trabajo de ajuste continuo garantizan la facilidad de uso y una r\u00e1pida estabilizaci\u00f3n. El volumen efectivo de la c\u00e9lula -\u00e1rea por encima del electrodo- es peque\u00f1o y puede ajustarse entre aproximadamente 0 y 300 nL. Se dispone de m\u00faltiples electrodos de trabajo y de referencia, lo que hace que la c\u00e9lula sea ideal para su uso en (U)HPLC con detecci\u00f3n electroqu\u00edmica (ECD).<\/p>\n<p>A la derecha, se muestra una SenCell con HyREF integrado, un electrodo de referencia compatible con pH alto. Al abrir la c\u00e9lula por el anillo met\u00e1lico, queda visible el electrodo met\u00e1lico, que est\u00e1 en contacto directo con la fase m\u00f3vil. El l\u00edquido fluye perpendicularmente a la superficie del electrodo, minimizando as\u00ed la capa de difusi\u00f3n. Se utiliza una configuraci\u00f3n de tres electrodos que consta de electrodo de trabajo (WE), electrodo de referencia (REF) y electrodo auxiliar (AUX). El AUX se mantiene exactamente al mismo potencial que el electrodo de referencia mediante una pinza de tensi\u00f3n, compensando as\u00ed cualquier efecto de polarizaci\u00f3n que pudiera producirse en los electrodos.
