GOS oder TGOS (Trans-Galacto-Oligo-Saccharide) sind pr\u00e4biotische Fasern, die N\u00e4hrstoffe f\u00fcr unsere Darmbakterien darstellen und h\u00e4ufig Naturkostprodukten zugesetzt werden.<\/p>\n<p>Die Bestimmung des Gesamtgehalts an GOS in Lebensmitteln und Nahrungserg\u00e4nzungsmitteln ist unerl\u00e4sslich, um die Anforderungen an die Lebensmittelkennzeichnung und -sicherheit zu erf\u00fcllen. Zu diesem Zweck wurde vor vielen Jahren die AOAC-Methode 2001.02 entwickelt.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #db0135;\">Verbesserte Methode<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Wir haben eine verbesserte Methode f\u00fcr die Analyse von GOS in Lebensmitteln mit dem ALEXYS Kohlenhydrat-Analyseger\u00e4t entwickelt. Die Verbesserungen gegen\u00fcber der urspr\u00fcnglichen AOAC-Methode sind die Verwendung einer isokratischen Trennung in 15 Minuten (im Vergleich zu einem Gradientenlauf von 40 Minuten) und die vollst\u00e4ndige Trennung der Laktose von allen relevanten Isomeren.
