Die Analyse von ACh mittels HPLC-ECD basiert auf einer Ionenpaarungstrennung, gefolgt von einer enzymatischen Umwandlung in Wasserstoffperoxid mit Acetylcholinesterase (AChE) und Cholinoxidase (ChO) nach der S\u00e4ule. Beide Enzyme sind kovalent an eine station\u00e4re Phase in einem immobilisierten Enzymreaktor (IMER) gebunden. Nach der Umwandlung wird das Wasserstoffperoxid mit dem elektrochemischen Detektor DECADE Elite mit Sencell auf einer Pt-Elektrode nachgewiesen.
