Die Methode verwendet eine Flexcell mit einer Bor-dotierten Diamant-Arbeitselektrode zum Nachweis von Mono- und Disulfiden. Die Nachweisgrenzen f\u00fcr die meisten (Di-)Sulfide liegen unter 0,1 \u00b5mol\/L.<\/p>\n<p>In einem alternativen Aufbau wird eine Konfiguration mit zwei Durchflusszellen verwendet, die eine etwa 10-mal bessere Nachweisgrenze aufweist. Bei der Methode wird eine zus\u00e4tzliche Flexcell f\u00fcr die Vorreduktion von Di-Thiolen verwendet, eine zweite Zelle dient dem Nachweis. Wenn nur die Monosulfide von Interesse sind, kann die Flexcell mit einer Goldelektrode ausgestattet werden.
