Im M\u00e4rz 2015 stufte die Internationale Agentur f\u00fcr Krebsforschung (IARC) der Weltgesundheitsorganisation Glyphosat als &#8222;wahrscheinlich krebserregend beim Menschen&#8220; ein. Seit der Ver\u00f6ffentlichung dieses Berichts wird der Einsatz von Glyphosat weltweit diskutiert.<\/p>\n<p>In diesem Applikation wird eine einfache und empfindliche Analysemethode f\u00fcr die Bestimmung von Glyphosat und AMPA in Trinkwasser vorgestellt, bei welcher der elektrochemische Detektor DECADE Elite und SenCell verwendet werden. Die Methode basiert auf der Trennung durch Hochleistungs-Anionenaustausch-Chromatographie (HPAE) und anschlie\u00dfender gepulster amperometrischer Detektion (HPAE-PAD) an einer Goldelektrode.
