B. bei der Bindung von Arzneimitteln an Proteine, eingesetzt.<\/p>\n<p>In der Pharmazie werden ROXY-Reaktoren haupts\u00e4chlich f\u00fcr Synthese- und oxidative Stoffwechselstudien eingesetzt. Metaboliten von Arzneimitteln und Xenobiotika werden in der elektrochemischen Zelle gebildet, wobei die enzymatische Biotransformation der Cytochrom-P450-Reaktionen, die normalerweise in der Leber stattfinden, nachgeahmt wird (Phase-I-Reaktion).
