Die inerte Atmosph\u00e4re in der L\u00f6sungsmittelflasche verhindert die Diffusion von Luft in die mobile Phase und h\u00e4lt sie frei von<sub>CO2<\/sub> und<sub>O2<\/sub>. <\/p>\n<p>Insbesondere bei der <a href=\"https:\/\/antecscientific.com\/de\/applikationen\/lebensmittel\/kohlenhydrate\/\">Kohlenhydratanalyse<\/a> unter Verwendung der Hochleistungs-Anionenaustausch-Chromatographie (HPAEC) mit stark alkalischen Eluenten kann gel\u00f6stes<sub>CO2<\/sub> problematisch sein. Bei einem pH-Wert von &gt; 12 k\u00f6nnen <sup>CO32- <\/sup>Ionen in der mobilen Phase gebildet werden, was zu Schwankungen der Retentionszeiten, einer Abnahme der S\u00e4ulenselektivit\u00e4t und einem Verlust der Aufl\u00f6sung f\u00fchrt. Die mobile Phase frei von Kohlendioxid zu halten, ist einer der Schl\u00fcsselfaktoren f\u00fcr reproduzierbare Kohlenhydratanalysen.
