Die inerte Atmosph\u00e4re in der L\u00f6sungsmittelflasche verhindert die Diffusion von Luft in die mobile Phase und h\u00e4lt sie frei von <sub>CO2<\/sub> und <sub>O2<\/sub>.<\/p>\n<p>Insbesondere bei der <a href=\"https:\/\/antecscientific.com\/de\/applikationen\/lebensmittel\/kohlenhydrate\/\">Kohlenhydratanalyse<\/a> mittels Hochleistungs-Anionenaustausch-Chromatographie (HPAEC) mit stark alkalischen Eluenten kann gel\u00f6stes CO<sub>2<\/sub> problematisch sein. Bei einem pH-Wert von &gt; 12 k\u00f6nnen sich in der mobilen Phase CO<sub>3<\/sub><sup>2-<\/sup>Ionen bilden, die zu einer Ver\u00e4nderung der Retentionszeiten, einer Verringerung der S\u00e4ulenselektivit\u00e4t und einem Verlust der Aufl\u00f6sung f\u00fchren. Die mobile Phase frei von Kohlendioxid zu halten, ist einer der Schl\u00fcsselfaktoren f\u00fcr reproduzierbare Kohlenhydratanalysen.
