Im <strong>Online-Modus<\/strong> kann das ROXY Exceed im Direktinfusionsmodus, f\u00fcr Flie\u00dfinjektionsanalysen oder mit jeder Art von LC-MS-System verwendet werden. F\u00fcr den Einsatz des ROXY in der HDX-MS, Top-down- oder Bottom-up-LC-MS-Proteomik stehen Applikationen und Publikationen zur Verf\u00fcgung. Im <strong>Offline-Modus<\/strong> wird der ROXY Exceed haupts\u00e4chlich f\u00fcr die elektrochemische Synthese und f\u00fcr die Sammlung elektrochemisch erzeugter Produkte verwendet. Die gesammelten Fraktionen werden f\u00fcr weitere Analysen verwendet.<\/p>\n<p>Der Potentiostat ist mit modernster Elektronik ausgestattet. Er hat einen gro\u00dfen Spannungs- und Strombereich von \u00b1 4,9 V bzw. 1 nA &#8211; 100 mA. Er unterst\u00fctzt verschiedene Betriebsmodi, DC, Scan und Pulse, um auch bei anspruchsvollen Anwendungen h\u00f6chste Ertr\u00e4ge zu erzielen.
