Dadurch wird die Elektrochemie zu einem echten biomimetischen Werkzeug f\u00fcr enzymatische REDOX-Reaktionen.<\/p>\n<p>Im Vergleich zu den Tagen oder Wochen, die mit den herk\u00f6mmlichen <em>In-vitro-<\/em> (z. B. Mikrosomen) und\/oder <em>In-vivo-Methoden<\/em> (z. B. Nagetiere, Menschen usw.) verbracht werden, sind erhebliche Zeit- und Kosteneinsparungen m\u00f6glich. Es ist keine umst\u00e4ndliche Isolierung aus biologischen Matrices (z. B. Urin, Plasma) erforderlich, und es besteht kein Risiko der Adsorption an Zellen oder andere biologische Bestandteile. Durch Zugabe von Glutathion nach der elektrochemischen Zelle kann die Bildung von Addukten (Phase-II-Reaktion) simuliert und online durch MS nachgewiesen werden.
