Die werkzeuglose Montage und das stufenlos einstellbare Arbeitsvolumen garantieren einfache Handhabung und schnelle Stabilisierung. Das effektive Volumen der Zelle &#8211; die Fl\u00e4che \u00fcber der Elektrode &#8211; ist klein und kann zwischen etwa 0 und 300 nL eingestellt werden. Es sind mehrere Arbeits- und Referenzelektroden verf\u00fcgbar, wodurch sich die Zelle ideal f\u00fcr den Einsatz in der (U)HPLC mit elektrochemischer Detektion (ECD) eignet.<\/p>\n<p>Rechts ist eine SenCell mit integrierter HyREF, einer hoch-pH-kompatiblen Referenzelektrode, abgebildet. Die Fl\u00fcssigkeit flie\u00dft senkrecht zur Elektrodenoberfl\u00e4che, wodurch die Diffusionsschicht minimiert wird. Es wird eine Drei-Elektroden-Konfiguration verwendet, bestehend aus Arbeitselektrode (WE), Referenzelektrode (REF) und Hilfselektrode (AUX). Die AUX-Elektrode wird \u00fcber eine Spannungsklemme auf genau demselben Potenzial wie die Referenzelektrode gehalten, wodurch eventuelle Polarisationseffekte an den Elektroden kompensiert werden.
